Small Business and non-profit booth spaces are 10’ X 10’ and the fees are as follows:

  • Small Business Commercial Vendor Fee: $250.00
  • Non-profit/Information Vendor Fee: $150.00

Small Business: For the purposes of this event a small business vendor is defined as a locally owned and operated business having not more than 20 employees or staff and NOT belonging to ANY national chain or parent corporation. It is important that our small business vendor booths remain available to modest community-based businesses with limited resources who desire to introduce their products and/or services to our attendees. If your business is larger in scale and exceeds these criteria, we hope that you would consider showing your support by purchasing a corporate booth for this event. Absolutely NO food sales are permitted in the 10′ x 10′ spaces. All Vendors must occupy the space provided as designated by festival organizers and in accordance with the event pre-planned layout and festival staff and volunteers will manage all space assignments. If you desire a particular location or space, please be as specific as possible on your application.

All fees must be paid in full in order for your application to be completed and processed. These fees may be paid via the PayPal option below or by check, money order, or cashier’s check. Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 service charge. Vendor Applications will be accepted now through Friday, May 28th, 2021 and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Vendor spaces for this event are limited due to state mandated social distancing guidelines so we suggest utilizing the PayPal option to process your payment online thus securing your booth as quickly as possible.

All vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax at the current Nevada state sales tax rate. At the halfway point of the event a representative of the Las Vegas Juneteenth Committee will visit each vendor’s designated booth and collect those taxes.

Note: Applications submitted beyond the deadline are subject to a late fee payable in cash, money order or cashier’s check.

THIS ELECTRONIC AGREEMENT is entered into between SPONSOR, whose full name, DBA, and address are set forth in Steps 1 - 4 of this document and LVJC, (Las Vegas Juneteenth Committee) for the temporary rental of exhibition space for the event known as Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival, taking place at 951 West Lake Mead Blvd. Las Vegas, Nevada 89106 on Saturday, June 19, 2021. Steps 1 through Step 4 of this document constitute THE WHOLE OF THE CONTRACT between SPONSOR and LVJC. This electronic agreement to be construed according to the laws of Nevada, supersedes any prior agreement between the parties, oral or written. LVJC makes NO REPRESENTATIONS or covenants other than those expressly contained herein. SPONSOR shall in no way be considered an agent or employee of LVJC. SPONSOR'S ELECTRONIC ACKNOWLEDGEMENT in Step 4 of this agreement constitutes acceptance of Steps 1 - 4.
