We are thrilled to share that the beloved Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival, which has captured your hearts and anticipation each year, is now an integral element of an even grander and more lavish vision. Indeed, brothers and sisters, the excitement escalates from this point forward. Given our city’s reputation as the entertainment capital, we believed it was only appropriate to elevate our Juneteenth celebration to a level befitting such a renowned city. Our ambition is to continue making a significant, positive impact on the Las Vegas community, commemorate the Juneteenth holiday in the grandest manner imaginable, and ensure every participant feels fortunate to have taken part.

This impactful event presents opportunities for you to interact with the community and present your valuable products and services to a broader audience. Small Business and/or Non-profit: For the purposes of this event a small business vendor or non-profit vendor is defined as a locally owned and operated business or non-profit having not more than 25 employees or staff and NOT belonging to ANY national chain or parent corporation. It is important that our small business vendor booths remain available to modest community-based businesses and non-profits having limited resources who desire to introduce their products and/or services to our attendees. If your business is larger in scale and exceeds these criteria, we hope that you would consider showing your support by taking advantage of one of our many sponsorship opportunities for this event. All applicable vendor fees must be paid in full in order for your application to be completed and processed. These fees may be paid via the PayPal option below or by check, money order, or cashier’s check. Returned checks will be subject to a $30.00 service charge. Vendor Applications will be accepted now through Friday, May 16th, 2025 and will be processed on a first-come-first-served basis. Vendor spaces for this event are limited so we suggest submitting your application and processing your payment online as soon as possible.
Please be advised that any vendor requiring access to power during the event will be subject to an additional fee of $30, in addition to the standard vendor fee. This fee helps to ensure reliable power access and smooth operations throughout the event. Thank you in advance for your understanding and cooperation. We look forward to a successful event together!
Absolutely NO open food sales are permitted in the 10′ x 10′ spaces. Any food items being sold must be pre-packaged and must be pre-approved in advance by an authorized representative of the Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival. All Vendors must occupy the space provided as designated by festival organizers and in accordance with the event pre-planned layout and festival staff and volunteers will manage all space assignments. If you desire a particular location or space, please be as specific as possible on your application.
All vendors are responsible for collecting sales tax at the current Nevada state sales tax rate. At the conclusion of the day’s event, a representative of the Las Vegas Juneteenth Committee will visit each vendor’s designated booth and collect the taxes and requisite documentation.
All vendor applicants must have their completed application submitted by Friday May 16, 2025. Please be advised that NO application is processed and space reserved until payment has been remitted IN FULL! Spaces are extremely limited and will be reserved on a first-come-first-served basis. Absolutely NO applications will be accepted beyond the designated cutoff date. NO EXCEPTIONS!
