The Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival was established 23 years ago by Dr. and Mrs. Anthony L. Pollard to directly support the Rainbow Dreams Educational Foundation and the Rainbow Dreams Early Learning Academy charter school which provide yearly student scholarships along with the highest level of education to the underserved youth of Las Vegas’ Historic Westside community.
