2026 FESTIVAL AMBASSADOR OPPORTUNITIES

The Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival depends on volunteers to make this event a success each year! Opportunities are available throughout the festival for those interested.

- Volunteers will be notified via email of reporting times based on their area of support.

Festival Ambassador | 10:00am - 3:00pm
Works directly with equipment rental vendor to direct and facilitate proper set-up and take down of event fixtures.
Event Ambassador | 3:00pm - 8:30pm
Meet & greet guests as they arrive to the event and distribute event programs and sponsor/partner marketing and promotional items.
Vendor Ambassador | Setup 12pm - 6pm
Directly assists ALL vendors throughout the Friday setup process and maintains contact with vendors pre-event. May have to help with loading and unloading. Candidate should be able to lift 25lbs – 50lbs comfortably.
Talent Ambassador | 2:00pm - 8:00pm
Works to assist the Music Director to assure performers adhere to the prepared schedule in accordance with pre-set performance plan.
Vendor Ambassador | Event 5pm - 10pm
Directly assists ALL vendors throughout the event and during the disassemble and cleanup process and maintains contact with vendors throughout the event.
Director Ambassador | 2:00pm - 9:00pm
Directly assists the Event Director with a multitude of tasks during the event. Must be personable and detail oriented and have the ability to multi-task and work in high-pressure situations.
