This family-friendly day is the perfect way to kick off our celebrations with a splash of joy and a dash of togetherness. Gather the kiddos for an exhilarating day under the sun featuring a live DJ, engaging games, fantastic prizes, and loads of fun for everyone. Treat yourselves to delicious frozen treats from dessert trucks and enjoy complimentary introductory swim lessons for the newbies. Featuring a live band and DJ, the night promises an atmosphere of rhythmic beats and lyrical genius. Also featured, a special guest performance by Miss Black Nevada Talented Teen, Amirah Love. This year will mark the 23rd Anniversary of the Las Vegas Juneteenth Festival. It began as a one-day art event and has grown to attract thousands of attendees each year.
Juneteenth “Freedom Day” is an American cultural celebration. American culture and music is imbued with the influences of many cultures that have settled in the United States. Those global elements have influenced food, art, history, music, and more. Juneteenth is a celebration of the many contributions of the diverse African traditions that enrich American culture.
